Lamp Bead – the radiator and the low temperature solder technology (LTS)
A thin copper coating is strongly bonded to the soldering required area on the surface of aluminium heatsinks;
The contact thermal resistance is eliminated through the soldering of high power LED package directly onto aluminium heatsinks;
The heat conductivity of lead-free soldering material (~50W/m.K) is 10 times higher than that (~5W/m.K) of the best thermal interface material (TIM);
The alloying combination of dissimilar materials between copper and aluminium prevents debonding from thermal stress and chemical corrosion;
The enhanced heat transfer from direct soldering can significantly reduce required heat dissipation area of aluminium heatsinks for the desired LED operation temperature;

The lamp bead , radiator , power supply and the instrument are in the same product style and from the same manufacturer .
  

 

At ambient temperature , the comparison test temperature shows the constant temperature.

Test Result : The temperature of Lamp Bead -- Radiator Low Temperature Solder is lower 17℃ than that of the heat conducting silicon pressure welding lamp bead .
